Google Account Access & Permissions

Our Service uses Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) to authenticate users and, if authorized, to access Google Drive and Google Sheets for the purpose of syncing Stripe account data.

When you log in using Google Sign-In, Google will ask you to grant the following permissions:

Basic Profile Information (openid, email, profile)

Purpose: Used to identify you as a user, create or update your account in our Service, and allow you to log in without a password.

Data Collected: Name, email address, profile picture.

Google Drive Access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file)

Purpose: Used only to create and manage application-specific folders and files required for Stripe data synchronization.

Data Collected: Metadata and content of files/folders created by our application.

Limitations: We do not access or modify files outside the scope of those created by our application.

Google Sheets Access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets)

Purpose: Used only to create, read, and update spreadsheets in your Google Drive that store synchronized Stripe data (such as customer details, payments, and subscriptions).

Data Collected: Data written to or read from spreadsheets created by our application.

Limitations: We do not access spreadsheets outside the scope of those created for synchronization purposes.

How We Use Your Data

We store your Google account's basic profile information and access tokens securely. Access tokens are used only to perform the authorized operations listed above. We do not share your Google account data with third parties, except as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal requirements.

Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's privacy policies. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy to understand how Google collects and uses your information. If you wish to disconnect your Google account from our Service, you can do so in your account settings on our website or by revoking our application's access in your Google Account settings.

Brevo Email Services

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as our email service provider to manage and send emails to our users. Brevo is a third-party service that helps us send account-related emails (such as verification messages, password reset links, and important notifications) as well as newsletters or promotional emails (if you have subscribed to them).

In order to send these emails, we share certain personal data with Brevo, primarily your name and email address. This information is used by Brevo solely for the purpose of sending emails on our behalf.
